[Farmall] Farmall M Carb Question

Is there anyone out there than can tell me where I can get a rubber "washer" replacement that fits in the carb bowl where the high speed needle valve assembly screws in?

 

My guess is that someone has found a substitite part that can be obtained at a hardware store rather than buying a whole rebuild kit.

 

M was not running well - realized that the "washer" was falling apart and parts were getting into the pick up tube.
