[Ford-ferguson] Weight of 5 foot brush hog

The early Ferguson System did not appear to have a relief valve. I think the 8N
still used the Ferguson System. Maybe someone has more information.

But, I think Dave said his 8N used a front mounted pump to drive the loader,
rather than the internal tractor pump. I am sure that external system has a
relief valve. If it does not, some other component would provide the "relief" if
overloaded.

starts to compare the early Ferguson System hydraulics to the hydraulic system
of a current Challenger MT600C, its descendent. This post can be read without

[jurors75973]Sorry, can't really give a number, but isn't there a relief valve
for the hydraulics on the loader, so if it were too heavy, it would simply not
lift?

[Dave Merchant]Anybody know the weight of a Ford 951B 5 foot brush hog?
Wondering if my 8N Wagner loader has enough masculinity to lift it onto my stake
truck. The bed is too high to lift with the 3pt.
