  Have you ever lubed it? Back in the day you had to remove the cable and grease it heavily with graphite powder (no oil or grease). Try it. I bet it works 1000% better for you.

  I have a wonderful '53 Chevy 3/4 ton pick-up, and wondering if anyone has had experience with the speedometers on this truck. Mine is off by several mph and it wavers up and down. Is there an easy fix, or do I need to send it out?
