Roger You could try one rod with the .002 under size bearing, but be sure to buy .001 to .003 plastigage and check the clearance with the .002 under size bearing. If it is within this range, it will work. If it fits too tight, (no clearance at all) it will destroy the bearing. If it has more than .003 it is time to turn the crank. Larry Dotson
