[AT] 8N bolt size

Dave,

My neighbors 52 8N has four holes under the Differential/Axle Housing that
are tapped with 5/8th course threads but there are no visible holes/taps
under the tranny. Is the plate you bought actually meant to bolt under the
tranny or could it possibly mount under the Differential/Axle Housing?

Dudley

Subject: [AT] 8N bolt size

The new 8N didn't have the swinging drawbar for some reason.

I just purchased the 3 part drawbar kit, back plate, bottom fitting,
and drawbar, but it came without bolts.

What size bolts are used for the bottom fitting, ie,
the plate + socket under the tranny that takes the swivel pin.?

Thanks
