[Farmall] another embarrassing question

Paul, You have to jump thru some hoops here in WI as I am in the process of registering a Home Built Trailer A friend of mine son built in high school. You have to have a bill of sale, Information about when and where it was built. If you build it you have to supply a list of materials. There also want a description of of there trailer, length, GVW, axles and # of brakes and what kind. They may want it inspected or As I have done I Sent them photos. It all has to be sent to the research dept at the WI DOT.
