A BN is just a narrow front A with a long axle on both sides on the rear
instead of one short and one long like an A. Some attachments will adapt but

many are specific to the B. They make a nice mowing tractor with a big Woods

deck. Engine, transmission, and sheetmetal are the same as an A.

I have been talking to a gentleman who is selling a IH B-N tractor, I don't
know anything about this series tractor, probably a late 40's model. Are
these larger than a CUB or an A series? Has anyone had any experience in
restoring one of these? I would like some stats on these, like weight (for
traveling to my farm for 80 miles), Do the attachments for the A's fit the
B-N?
