[AT] International DT 466 engine

You are absolutely right Steve but it would cost more than I can justify 
right now to put a marine diesel in the boat.  I'm pretty sure the marine 
manifolds are available for the DT 466.

I'm just bench engineering any way.  I doubt if I actually build the thing.
