My first attempt would be your local IH dealer. You'd be surprised an how many itmes they still have, not only in stock, but available to order.

Subject: [Farmall] Decals for IH Implements

Looking for some help to locate decals for restoration of a #10 Semi-Mounted 
Grain Drill.  I was lucky enough to locate my old FH #10 Drill that was sold 
at auction a few years ago but it will be in need of some restoration work 
including paint and decals.
