Good photo, Dean. I thought we might have some ice here last night/this AM,
but it stayed North/West of us. Whew! Had a really lonely drive to work this
morning, I suppose because everyone was waiting to see what the Weather Liars
were going to tell them. :o)

Spent an hour this morning shoveling 6" of new snow from off the top of the
1/4" of ice and 2" of snow from last night, to clear my driveway. An hour
later another 2" or so had fallen. Looked pretty nice, so I got the tractor
out and took this photo.

Was thinking about going for a drive around the neighborhood but figured I'd
get stuck somewhere, so I just shoveled the new snow off again and backed it
back into the garage. Even that short distance took a while since the
driveway was still slick--not a lot of traction going uphill in reverse on
icy pavement.
