I agree Steve.  The question that comes to my mind first is will Fiat be an 
"honest broker" in the deal or will they do like Diamler (sp) did and rape 
Chrysler for what they can get and leave her behind.  The last Chrysler 
product I owned was my dad's 53 Dodge 3/4 ton pickup and I sold that in the 
late 60's but I like Dodge products and they have a place in our market.
