Might try this place http://www.clutch-shop.com/; call & talk to Richard.
His dad was a good friend of my dad's (both deceased now) & AFAIK Richard
has worked there since he was a young adult. I'm 66 & don't think he's but
a little younger than me. it's a smallish outfit but he knows his stuff! I
had some brake shoes off an old forklift with holes & a pin sticking thru
them for the adjusters; he glanced at them & said "those are Studebaker
brake shoes." Relined them for me no problem! Probably best to call him
instead of email.

I know he does ship also; ran into him a coupla times out at the ups
terminal shipping stuff.

R Fink,

I think you may have properly described it. However, the only thing I'm 100%
sure of is that it is under the cab. The truck is 1600 miles from me at the
moment so I can't go look.

I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at
once."
