In a nutshell, if you are leaking oil at the point where the axles exit the 
housing, the seals are at the inner end of the axles, inside the rear end 
housing.  The seals at the outer end are mostly dust seals.  You will need 
to take the back off of the rear end, remove the bull gears and remove the 
axles.  Then drive out the old seals and install new ones. The proceedure is 
covered in the service manual.  John
