[Farmall] Voltage problem

Make sure the ammeter is wired in correctly. If you switch the wires at 
the ammeter, it will read reverse of what you are actually supplying and 
an apparent discharge is actually a charge (it's a matter of which way the 
current flows through the meter). Double check it with a volt meter and 
make sure the polarity is right.
