[AT] Ferguson TO-20 stalling/weather and such

If anyone wants to see how the storm dumped on OKlahoma, a link to the 
precip is below.  The red area in the center is where I live.  I am near 
where Canadian Oklahoma, Logan, and Kingfisher counties come together. 
looks like 4 inches from the "bucket" survey I did....
