Charlie's right ... you're too modest. Finding a place like that reminded me 
of how long it took my wife and I to find the "perfect place" -- with plenty 
of buildings for storage and just enough land to keep me busy. The old 
blacksmith shop fascinated me. Is everything still there and  potentially 
operational?
