[AT] Good tractor day

Yesterday we had very nice weather.  So nice I was riding the tractor in 
short sleeves.

After a new battery for the MF 35 diesel (ouch) I spent the afternoon 
working up the garden spot.  That Perkins diesel engine is a champ.
Next will be getting the JD 2010 out but that will have to wait until 
after the upcoming weather.

First used the turning plow (almost scoured the moldboards).  My soil is 
heavy red clay and it is imperative to only work it when the moisture 
level in the soil is right.  Yesterday was just so - and a sunny and 
warm day to boot.  I followed the turning plow with a few passed with a 
chisel plow then a middle buster to lay off a couple rows.  Onion sets 
planted in one.  Now snow is forecast for Sunday evening - typical.
