Thanks for the offer Mark.  I ordered the $17.00 one on Ebay  It doesn't 
look like a big deal to put it back together.

I can probably come up with an (IPL) illustrated parts list for this saw
(emailable) if you are interested in repairing it. The parts should be
available and it is not that big a job to replace the pump.
