[AT] The last question I had on my list for December.

Well, seeing as how I only got to visit Grandpa's farm and not live & work there, the only tractor work I did when young was mowing Dad's lawn (every other day). Hated it. Large lawn and Dad's pride & joy.
Now I love to go mow lawn at my in-laws farm. My, how things change! Farmall 'A' with Woods L-59 mower and a couple hours totally ignoring the rest of the world is better therapy than fishing (can't catch fish but I can cut grass <g>).
The other fun I have is the restoring and repairing of the old iron. Don't think I will ever tire of turning wrenches.
