[AT] Super A Idle Puzzle

We just had  thread on the same problem with the Case VAC I recently
acquired. At Gene Dotsons advice I oiled all of the throttle linkage
from the governor back to the operator (the VAC has a foot throttle
control and a hand throttle both) and it idles fine now.

Always try the easy stuff first.  :-)
