[AT] An observation a- now body parts

Oh yeah, knees are shot when getting up and down, they work fine when 
walking, but if not for upper body strength, I would be down for the count. 
I went cross country skiing yesterday by myself .. falling was a concern, 
cause, how do I get up.  That is what cell phones are for right??
