[AT] Case D

The DC4 Case up North was almost always a four wheel ,wide front tractor 
except for the DC3 that my Uncle bought in 49 and later converted to wide 
front.
I think the difference between a D and a DC was the high wheels (38 inch) on 
the DC models. Any D Case I have seen always had the small diameter wheels 
and sat pretty low to the ground.
