[AT] Gas Tank Liner

I used the Red Kote on a Case VAC tank five or six years back.
It sealed the tank up just fine, but I don't think I'd use it again.
Long story short, that tractor has been sitting for the last four years.
I had occasion to use the tank in another VAC that I bought for a donor unit.
I installed the tank and filled it with fresh gas, which then came out the fuel
line the prettiest shade of pink you ever saw. That tells me the Red Kote
is breaking down over time.

Subject: [AT] Gas Tank Liner

Hello,

I have heard plenty of ideas of how you can line a gas tank. I have also
read that some liners will patch a pinhole leak, which my Super A's tank
has. Did any of you need to reline your tank, and what did you use? I
have seen a product called Red Kote. Is this what the company says it is?

Thank you,

Ben Wagner
