Farmer,
I think you are talking to me.

My first 3 tractors:  1st was a VAC Case.  I had to hang on the steering
wheel with my hands and put my foot on the starter button to start it
because I did not have the strength to push the starter button with my hand,
let alone my thumb!  Next tractor was a neighbor's Jubilee Ford and the 3rd
was a 640 Ford.  Would you believe I had a career with Deere and Company?

I started collecting Samson Model M tractor's and memorabilia after my Dad
passed away in 1994. A Samson Model M was one of my Granddad's 1st tractor.

Lots of great responses here. Now the challenge. I'm recognizing the
names of all of the guys that have responded so far as "regulars". I'm
throwing out a challenge to all of the readers that do not normally
post to jump in and answer this and the earlier question about when
you started collecting old tractors.
