[AT] Computer spyware problem HELP

After running for over an hour, the Malwarebyte software came to a screeching halt this morning because it found a virus that was so bad it couldn't continue without intervention.  It was obviously buried deep -- over 100,000 objects scanned before THAT problem was encountered.
