[Farmall] Farmall H - Won't Start

Mike,
My 2 cents worth, CABLES.  Make sure you have good HEAVY cables.  I was surprised when I changed them on a 140 that was very sluggish.  New cables made the difference.  Like I said, Heavy.

Not sure if this is how to post a question, but here goes...
I have a 53 H that doesn't want to start.  I have replaced the battery and had the starter rebuilt.  It just doesn't do anything when I hit the starter.  I did move a little before I had the starter rebuilt but would not turn the motor over.  I was able to get it pull started, but thats not real easy with the trip loader on it.  I am having the starter pulled again to see if we can bench test it.  Any other ideas?  I tried jumping the starter button with a screw driver but that doesn't do anything besides a little spark.  Any help greatly appreciated.  I was hoping to get this figured out before the snow, but didn't make it.
