ANY place that sells over a set amount of oil to the public is required
by federal law to accept up to 5 gallons per day per person.
Wal-Mart, Sears, any oil change shops, Tractor shops. About the only
exempted places are convenience stores and grocery stores that only sell
a few quarts a month.
