[AT] OT - Malware blocking program

I had the same problem with my mother in law. She is 83.  I am an hour away 
and phone was impossible. I now use "logmein' and can clean up and fix her 
computer via remote. Yeah, it is $70 a year, but worth the piece of mind. 
Which reminds me, it has been 2 weeks since I have cleaned her computer out.
