[AT] Case VAH won't run; carb issues /followup post

I have removed the main jet screw and let the fuel run out to check the 
amount that runs.  If it seems small, then you may have a bit of trash 
under the needle seat,  or some "lacquer" in the fuel line, and those 
screens above the sediment bowl are notorious for rusting and plugging 
up.  I remove them and install an inline filter.  On one that has been 
setting for a long long time, an inline filter, and a supply at hand, 
then use some premium unleaded gas, it will remove all the gunk from the 
tank.  It will deposit in the filters, the need or the supply of them.
