Don't know where some of these answers are coming from, but the JD B is 
an excellent tractor and an excellent choice for restoration.  It may 
not have 3-pt, but it's a great deal more tractor than some of the 
alternatives suggested here and a great deal more pleasant to work on 
and with. 

I suggest you ask the same question on the JD ATIS list. 

Another opinion worth exactly what you paid for it . . . .
