[AT] Hydraulic hoses

I have an old JD 400 Backhoe Loader.  If you leave the tractor running 
the loader will leak down and then push down raising the wheels off the 
ground.  It has done this since new.  We never get in a place where it 
might push against human parts.  The brakes also apply gradually as it 
is running.  This is one reason I really do not like closed center 
hydraulic systems...  I know all about he efficiency etc, but I still do 
not like them.
