[AT] Case 380CK brakes

A friend has a Case 380CK backhoe.  Today he said one of the roofing crew
applied the brakes as hard as he could and now a brake seems to be dragging.
It is about 1500 miles from me so I cannot look at it to see but I suspect
something between the slave cylinder and the band may be bent or broken.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should tell him?  I worked on
those brakes about three years ago but cannot remember some of the details.
