[Farmall] steering adjustment

There is another issue with the early Cubs: there is a pointed locking 
screw on each steering arm that is supposed to keep it tight on the 
kingpin by sitting in a dimple on the kingpin. If it is tightened too 
much, the point can break off and make it impossible to tighten the 
screw enough to keep the kingpin from turning on its own. Later Cubs 
eliminated this "feature".
