[Farmall] Cub Cadet regulator

Hey John, you are so right about the prices of parts anymore.  Not only for the Cubs,
but for all the Old Iron machines.  Just a couple years ago it didn't seem to bad, but lately
its seems to have sky rocketed.  Its almost, I said almost taken the fun out of restoring.
I'm not giving up yet.
