The new one is on it's way. The call tag will be sent after I confirm 
receipt of the new one, not sure why.

The product is not painted, it galvanized. From what I saw, they had to 
remove a fair amount of metal.

Dick, I'm glad you got it resolved to your satisfaction.
I have seen cases where the paint or powdercoat was applied to thick and
caused a hole to require slight drilling.
Of course when you drill it you invariably hit some metal even if it was
just too much paint.

I think I'd hold on to the old one until I got a good look at the new one.
