[AT] Trailer hitch ball mount

Just my $0.02, Unless that is a long wheelbase Navigator, I would not
pull a very heavy trailer with it. Tail wags the dog, so to speak. I
have a 97 expedition, Nearly the same frame. With the rack and pinion
steering and short wheelbase, it is not a towing vehicle....
