[AT] Parts washer solution

I use mineral spirits right now.  I am thinking about trying 100% biodiesel.
I think there is a place nearby to get it.  There is enough methanol in the
biodiesel to be a pretty good solvent.

For normal cleaning I use Simple Green, I mix it 50/50.
Works great on most crud/oil.
