[AT] mower deck coating

I have a DR Field mower. It has done well by me. I find that DR stuff is
primarily sheet metal fabrication with of the shelf hardware. Not bad but it
does lose a few points on smooth design that comes from purpose made
castings. Not a lot of plastic though, and it has held up well.
