you dont need to  get him there imeadiatly  but  it needs to  be done  for  
Sanity sake-- and he did make the mistake of   mounting it backward..
the traction will only mater  in  softer  or worked ground  and in snow or 
ice...  oh hard surfaces  or  mowing you will not  notice any difference at all  
 
Let the tire guys know  it needs doing but that your not going  to  be in a 
hurry -- if your not in one.
