[AT] Spencer--forum needs attention!!

They were in the pot-bellied stove forum only.   In addition to deleting 
the posts, I also strengthened some of the new user registration 
features and moderated new users.

Lets hope this ends it.   Spammers are VERY determined bunch these days.....
