[AT] possibly OT scrap prices---Wally gas

I filled up at a Murphy in Kinston NC today for $3.59.9
That's 29 cents cheaper than it is 35 miles down the road where I live. 
Right down the highway about 2 miles from the Murphy the Kangaroo truck stop 
was completely out of gas.  I don't know if they had any diesel or not. 
There were a couple of trucks in the back.
