You win the prize. They came out of an old barn that collapsed down the 
road, along with half a dozen 5 gallon pails of reasonably good used 
nuts and bolts. I believe they were from the owner's T-20 that lay 
rotting next to the barn until some scrapper hauled it away.

The chains and hangers on that Woods finish mower were OEM, and I just 
assumed that is the way everybody does it. These days, the rear mount 
finish mowers come with front and rear casters and don't depend on the 
hitch, except to lift the whole mess up. I have another set of casters, 
that I meant to install, but I haven't gotten a round tuit - the deck 
has to be drilled for the support arms.
