well, I brought it up only as a source of info on old implement care & repair - that being said the types of plows listed are: walking plows, riding plows, & tractor plows - the 1st 2 of course are horse drawn.

Tell me it isn't so, Bruce.  Now that the subject is opened up, we may not
close it until after Christmas.  I have a later edition of that same book and it
includes all the classic  tow-behind John Deere plows, but no mounted or
semi-mounted styles.  In addition, I have a couple old prints which detail 11
designs that pre-date the John Deere patents.
