[AT] Fram Filter C-1151PB and changing 3pt Backhoe Fluid

When I was in the Navy we never changed oil but it was
constantly cleaned on every watch. For removal of the
water we used a separator very much like a cream
separator (maybe a little larger). If you have a cream
separator sitting in the corner it might be worth a
try.
