OK, 1 to 1.5 makes sense. Found this one at Northern Tool + Equipment:

Says 75hp which should cover anything I want to attach to it. Probably use my D17.
Stump grinders I have seen on-line say gearbox rated at 60hp, minimum hp needed is 22. I believe my D17 is 50 so I should be good.
If I ever start/finish it... I do have most of the pieces already, hydraulics, metal, pto shaft... Just need to think about flywheel and boucoup safety covers.
