[AT] 540 to 810 PTO Gearbox?

Will you need to step it up by 50% so you'll need a 1 to 1.5 step up box. 
Be warned that you are cutting your torque way down so if the stump grinder 
requires 30 hp you  might need a 50 or 60 HP tractor.
