[Farmall] correct police--decals

Maybe.......actually, if you want to beat the Correct Police at their game,
have a look at all those sources, early advertisements, factory promotion
photos, resource books such as Ken's, Guy's, and Todd's..and a trip to the
archives wouldn't hurt.
