[Farmall] Reproduction sheet metal parts

 The grill came from Steiner. Considering everything was painted, I didn't 
bother to call--it was more like Dremel tool to the rescue. Now had this 
been a restoration instead of a really nice paint job on a working tractor, 
I'd be pretty well steamed.

 Of course had this been a restoration I would have fit everything together 
before taking it apart for painting.
