    Charlie;
    There are no other differences between the engines. They both use the 
same flat head and manifolds. May be a different carburetor. There will be 
no sleeves in the engine. It was originally a dry sleeve engine and with the 
overbore it will run in the cast block surface like the 140 and 162, which 
do not use sleeves.
    The tractor will not be used for any organized circuit pulling, mostly 
local fun pulls.
