It's always fun to beat up on the AC's.
Our VAC crankcase is at the machine shop right now for a poke-n-stroke.
Looks like it's going to wind up at 251cid ;-O

Subject: [AT] Continental Engine Boring

Wonder if anyone has experience with Continental F series engines?

Got the F124 engine out of my 1942 VC and would like to build it up
as a F162. I have the sleeves out and want to bore it out another 3/16"
to use the 3 7/16". Anyone know if I have enough wall thickness to do
this.

Yes, I know this relates to tractors, so please read it before you
delete it :) :)

                    Gene

    P. S. Gonna build a mean 2700 pound puller to show the little AC'S
how to do it.

            GD
